Returns & Exchanges

At Good Games, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
